We are pleased to inform you that STARTRADER will be upgrading its servers to deliver an improved trading experience.
Upgrade Schedule:
Date: 22 March 2025 (Saturday)
Time: 00:00 to 23:59 (GMT+3)
Important Information:
During the server upgrade, access to MT4 and MT5 accounts will be temporarily unavailable. Please be aware of the following impacts:
1.Trading Halt: no orders will be executed during the upgrade period.
2.Suspended Functions: deposit, withdrawal, data retrieval, and account opening functions will be temporarily unavailable.
3.Third-Party Tools: External tools, such as Expert Advisors (EA) will be affected.
To minimise disruptions, we recommend making any necessary arrangements in advance.
Once the upgrade is complete, all services will be fully restored. Your trading account login details will remain unchanged, but you will need to re-download the Desktop Terminal. A link to download the updated version and the new server’s name will be provided in a separate notification.
What to expect after the upgrade:
• You will receive further instructions, including the download link for the new Desktop Terminal and information about the new server’s name.
• All services will be fully restored once the upgrade is finished.
