To further optimize platform resource allocation and enhance service efficiency, STARTRADER will update the account archiving conditions for the MT5 Live 1 (STARTRADERFinancial-Live) server. This adjustment will take effect on 3 May 2025.
Details of the changes:

| · Inactive for 90 days · No open/pending orders · Balance = 0 |
· Inactive for 90 days · No open/pending orders · Balance ≤ 10 (account currency) |
Important Information:
· Once an account is archived, it will no longer be accessible, and no trading activity can be conducted using that account.
· Archived accounts cannot be reactivated.
